I have 20+ years experience working as a corporate trainer and coach as well as success within Learning and Development, Organisational Development and Talent Management teams. I’ve spent many years studying and personally applying positive psychology, neuroscience and personality preferences.
I’m often described as positive, down to earth, practical, strategic and solutions focused, but most importantly I like to achieve results around personal change while encouraging people to have fun.
