I have 20+ years experience working as a corporate trainer and coach as well as success within Learning and Development, Organisational Development and Talent Management teams. I’ve spent many years studying and personally applying positive psychology, neuroscience and personality preferences.
I’m often described as positive, down to earth, practical, strategic and solutions focused. My drive and purpose is to support people and businesses to achieve results around personal change while encouraging people to have fun along the way.
Through focusing on a holistic people-centred approach, I design and deliver training and coaching solutions that help people be the best version of themselves - at home and work. This means that they are more confident, capable and engaged, which results in better performance, better workplaces and business results.

My drive and purpose is to make a difference in the society we live in and encourage those around me to smile and have fun everyday!
I'm often described as down to earth, creative, positive and fun. I am goal orientated and thrive when working with others to make change or deliver a goal. I love to learn and try new things and believe that when you take risks you will learn that there are times when you succeed and times when you fail but both are equally important.
In addition, I am an entrepreneur specialising in creating retail environments that have a positive impact on our society. My personal goal is to donate $1,000,000 to charitable orgaisations during my lifetime by using my skills to create innovative brands and products.
